About Johann Beck

Johann joined Fairtree in 2019 and is a Risk & Quantitative Analyst in the Investment team. He began his career in 2019 at Fairtree as a paraplanner, before moving to Fairtree Invest in 2021, where he worked as a Junior Portfolio Operations Analyst. After three years in the discretionary fund manager space, he transitioned into a risk-focused role within the Investment team. Johann holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Investment and Financial Management from Stellenbosch University. He is also a CAIA charterholder.
