About Rob Hart
Rob joined Fairtree in 2016 and is a Global Real Estate Equity Portfolio Manager in the Investment team. He began his career in 1996 at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, where he spent 12 years and became Managing Director. During his time there, he led the Hong Kong Strategy, Regional Property, Regional Conglomerate, and Regional Gaming teams. In 2008, he joined Sansar Capital in Singapore as a Portfolio Manager, focusing on listed property and property-related equities. He later moved to Ivaldi Capital in 2013, where he managed a similar mandate before joining Fairtree. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cape Town.
