Ilse Van Der Merwe

Ilse joined Fairtree in March 2021 and is a Client Services Consultant in the Retail Client Services team. She brings over 18 years of experience in financial services and operations, with a strong track record in client service, validations, and process management. She began her career in 2005 at Fairheads Benefit Services, where she held several roles over ten years, including operations administrator, team leader, and signatory. In 2015, she joined Allan Gray as an operations consultant, focusing on the processing of client transactions across unit trust and retirement products. In 2018, she moved to PPS Investments as a validations consultant, where she was responsible for validating and processing client instructions across a range of investment products.
