Fairtree Women’s Day event
Fairtree’s annual Women’s Day event is designed as an intentional pause from the demands of everyday life. The event takes a holistic approach to personal mastery, exploring the interconnectedness of mind, body and soul.
This year’s theme is Top down, Bottom up, rooted in the belief that true mastery is not about doing more, but about living in alignment with our unique strengths and dispositions. The event aims to create a space for women to slow down, reflect, reconnect and gain practical insights that support both personal and professional growth.
Top down
Power is something our brains constantly perceive, interpret and respond to. We will explore the neuroscience of power, status and influence, uncovering how our brains detect social hierarchies, shape our behaviour and influence the way we perceive others. Discover how understanding these unconscious mechanisms can help you build healthier relationships, make better decisions and lead with greater awareness and authenticity
Bottom up
|
Before we speak, the way we show up has already begun communicating on our behalf. A practical styling session will explore how clothing, colour and personal presentation influence confidence, credibility and the way we are perceived in different professional settings. Learn how to dress intentionally so that your outward image aligns with the confidence, authority and authenticity you want to project. |
