Herman joined Fairtree in 2015 and is the Group Head of Distribution. He is responsible for leading and implementing the firm’s distribution strategy across client segments and geographies. Simon joined Fairtree in 2023 as a Country Manager for the recently established Namibian office. Prior to this, he was a portfolio manager and head of Alternative Investments at Capricorn Asset Management in Windhoek, where he spent six years. He also gained experience at Business Partners International, focusing on fund management and transaction structuring across a range of industries in the region. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management from the University of South Africa.

Dave joined Fairtree in 2023 as a Portfolio Analyst & Distribution Officer in the Namibia office. Dave holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Law from the University of Pretoria and a Capital Markets & Securities Analyst designation (CMSA®) from the Corporate Finance Institute.

Amy joined Fairtree in 2016 and is the Head of Distribution Services. She began her career in 2007 at CCLA Investment Management in London, where she held various roles within the Business Development team and was later appointed manager. In 2013, she joined Nikko Asset Management as a communications manager for the EMEA region. Siyabulela joined Fairtree in 2025 as a Senior Institutional Specialist in the Distribution team. He began his career in 2012 at State Street as a junior fund accountant and later held roles as senior fund accountant and client services operations manager. He then joined Maitland Group as a client interface specialist, and later moved to Sanlam Investments, where he worked as a client services officer and subsequently a client research analyst. Thabile joined Fairtree in 2020 and is an Institutional Client Specialist in the Distribution team. She began her career in 2011 at Sanlam Trust as a Trust and Beneficiary Fund Administrator. Thabile holds certificates in Financial Management and Retirement Fund Management for Trustees, has completed the Class of Business – Investments certificate, and holds the Fundamentals of Alternative Investments Certificate from CAIA.

Thavani joined Fairtree in 2023 as a DDQ and Reporting Specialist in the Distribution team. She began her career in 2018 as a business development assistant at Carrick Wealth. She then joined Allan Gray as a client service consultant. Thavani holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics and an Honours degree in Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Ashlinn joined Fairtree in 2020 and is a Distribution Administrator. She began her career in 2001 as an administrative assistant before joining Fairheads Benefit Services as a trust administrator. Over the years, Ashlinn gained experience in various roles across the financial services industry. She holds an N6 Management Assistant Diploma

Hilda joined Fairtree in 2024 as an Institutional Business Analyst in the Distribution team. Hilda holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Finance from the University of the Western Cape.
