Jason joined Fairtree in 2024 and is the Head of Retail Client Services. He began his career in 2009 at Allan Gray, where he held various roles in the Retail Client Services team, such as team leader and assistant manager. He then moved to M&G Investments in 2020 as a Retail Client Services manager before joining Fairtree. Kaylen joined Fairtree in November 2024 as a Client Service Specialist. He began his career in 2019 at Allan Gray, where he held client servicing and operations roles. In 2022, he joined M&G Investments Southern Africa, continuing in client servicing. Kaylen holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.

Kheara joined Fairtree in 2019 and is a Global Client & Solutions Manager in the Client Services and Fairtree Invest teams, based in the Netherlands. She initially joined the business as a business & operations development strategist and later served as client experience manager and investment & business strategist before moving into her current role.
