Human Resources team

Tenika joined Fairtree in 2024 and is a Human Resources Manager. She previously served as an HR business partner at Intembeko Investment Administrators and as an HR practitioner at Novus Holdings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management, both from Nelson Mandela University.

Zizipho joined Fairtree in 2026 as an HR Generalist in the Human Resources team. She began her career in 2017 at Cadiz Asset Management as an HR Intern, and in 2018 moved to Intembeko Investment Administrators, where she worked as HR Administrator and Office Co-Ordinator. Zizipho holds a Diploma in Business Management from False Bay College.

Anesipho joined Fairtree in 2025 as an HR Intern and is currently an HR Administrator. She began her career at Anova Health Institute in 2021 as an Administrator and Data Capturer before transitioning into the role of HR Administrator. Anesipho holds a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from West Coast College.
