Marianne joined Fairtree in 2015 and is the Group Head of Legal. She began her legal career in 2011 as an associate at De Klerk & Van Gend Attorneys, where she gained broad experience in commercial recoveries, insolvency law, general commercial and civil litigation, as well as property law. Sazi joined Fairtree in 2021 and is a Legal Adviser in the Legal and Compliance team. He began his career by completing his articles at Drake Flemmer and Orsmond, Inc. in the commercial litigation department. He then spent almost four years at Radiant Law UK, gaining experience in multi-jurisdictional commercial contracting. Sazi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Rhodes University.

Susan joined Fairtree in 2025 and is the Head of Compliance. Before joining Fairtree, she spent twelve years at Sanlam Investments, where she gained extensive experience in key areas of compliance within both the asset management industry and the broader financial services sector. Prior to that, she worked at MMI Group Investment Services and practised as an attorney, conveyancer and notary public. Melanie joined Fairtree in 2013 as a Human Resources Administrator and is currently a Compliance Analyst. She began her career in 1994 and worked across various industries. Melanie holds a Secretarial Diploma from Montrose Secretarial College.
