Nico Swart

Nico joined Fairtree in 2023 and is a Wealth Manager in the Private Client team. With over 30 years of cross-industry experience in sectors such as retail, agriculture, and engineering, Nico brings a unique blend of strategic leadership and client-focused financial planning. He held a senior executive role at Santam as executive head of Human Resources before transitioning to wealth management in 2007 as a partner at PSG Wealth. Nico holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Potchefstroom, as well as a Diploma in Business and Life Coaching. He is also a CFP® professional.
