At Fairtree, we value excellence, growth and integrity, and we’re looking for ambitious undergraduates who share these values. Through our bursary programme, we aim to partner with talented young people and help them reach their full potential.

Your dream may be to finish school, attend a renowned university, and begin your career at an organisation that mentors and supports your growth. Our dream is to walk that journey with you — to empower young people who aspire to build a future in finance, economics, and investments. If that sounds like you, the Fairtree Bursary could be your next step.

Since 2003, Fairtree has been committed to youth and skills development. Our bursary programme forms part of that commitment, providing opportunities for talented individuals to enter and thrive within the financial services sector.

Our bursary covers full university tuition, prescribed books and other academic support, with the possibility of employment upon successful completion of your studies.

This is a partnership built on shared values. We’ll guide and mentor you along your chosen career path and remain invested in your success. In turn, we ask that you keep us updated on your academic progress throughout your studies.

As part of our commitment to transformation and employment equity, preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from previously disadvantaged groups.
