Andrew Semple

Andrew joined Fairtree in 2019 and is a Wealth Manager in the Private Client team. He brings more than three decades of experience in finance, accounting, and wealth management, with deep expertise in financial strategy and client advisory services. He began his career in 1986 as an articled clerk at KPMG and went on to hold senior finance roles in the forestry and timber industry, including financial controller at Mondi Group and financial director at Cape Sawmills. From 2005 to 2016, he served as chief financial officer at MTO Forestry. Andrew later transitioned into personal financial advice, holding an advisory role at Rutherford Capital before joining Fairtree. Andrew holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Accounting Science Honours degree. He is also a CFP® professional.
