Kobus is the Group CEO and co-founder of Fairtree. He also serves as Chairman of the Private Equity and Operational Real Estate Investment Committees and is an Equity Portfolio Manager in the Investment team. Kobus began his career at PwC, where he completed his auditing articles and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000. Bradley joined Fairtree in 2011 and is a Group Director, providing business leadership to the group in support of the CEO. He also serves as Chairman of the Infrastructure Investment Committee and is a Multi-Strategy Portfolio Manager in the Investment team. He began his career in banking in 1993 at Cape of Good Hope Bank, where he worked in the Treasury team, contributing to the asset liability management process with a focus on interest rate and liquidity risk.
