Kobus joined Fairtree in 2015 and is the Head of Fairtree Employee Benefits. He brings extensive experience across financial planning, wealth management, and employee benefits. He began his financial services career in 2010 as an independent financial adviser at WALTfin Financial Services. Adré joined Fairtree in 2014 and is a Client Service Manager in the Fairtree Invest team. He began his career in 2006 as an admin manager at Octofin Consult, later holding the same position at Vision Insurance Brokers until 2014. Adré holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences degree majoring in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Stellenbosch.

Wessel joined Fairtree in 2015 and is a Portfolio Manager in the Fairtree Invest team. He began his career in 2012 as an accounting clerk at Kirstein Grobbelaar Ingelyf, before moving to Schoemans Registered Auditors as a trainee accountant. He then transitioned into financial planning, working as a financial planner at Core Wealth Managers. Cephas joined Fairtree in 2016 and is a Portfolio Manager in the Fairtree Invest team. He began his investment career in 2010 as a hedge fund analyst at Momentum Alternative Investments. Dewald joined Fairtree in 2021 and is a Portfolio Specialist in the Fairtree Invest team. He began his career as a lecturer at the University of the Free State and later worked as a financial adviser at Attooh!. Dewald holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Applied Econometrics and a Master of Commerce in Economics, both from the University of the Free State. Kheara joined Fairtree in 2019 and is a Global Client & Solutions Manager in the Client Services and Fairtree Invest teams, based in the Netherlands. Nelson joined Fairtree in 2022 and is a Software Engineer in the Fairtree Invest team. He began his career in 2018 and previously held roles at Velocity Trade, Fonk Cape Town, and innogy SE. Nelson completed the Full Stack Software Developer Certificate at Project Codex in 2017, where he specialised in JavaScript frameworks, Node.js, Express.js, and full-stack web development.

Lodi-Maré joined Fairtree in 2023 and is a Lead Software Engineer in the Fairtree Invest team. She began her career in 2016 as a graphic and web designer at Webnova. She later expanded into freelance branding and design work before joining Liquidedge Solutions in 2019 as a full-stack developer. She holds a Diploma in Graphic and Web Design and Web Development from Prestige Academy.
