Ryan Jamieson

Ryan joined Fairtree in 2016 and is the Head of Retail North and KZN. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career at Momentum in 1998, where he held various roles in investment marketing, sales and distribution for over 15 years. During this time, he also led the national team of investment specialists and legal advisers and served on the Group Investment Committee. He then joined Investec, where he continued to focus on the sales, marketing and distribution of the Investec fund range. Ryan later returned to Momentum as the Head of Wealth Management, where he was responsible for integrating the investment philosophy, house views, fund solutions and wealth management proposition. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of South Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State
